Peaceful and quiet away from it all on the balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean in North Myrtle Beach. Comfortable patio furniture perfect for a relaxing vacation. Three Bedroom, 2 full baths, large balcony, living room, kitchen, dining area and washer/dryer in the unit. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and the person making the reservation must stay the entire stay. Absolutely No house parties. No smoking, No pets, no motorcycles, No golf carts. . HOA RULES APPLY TO ALL GUESTS. Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required.
