100% the best location in North Myrtle, we fell in love with the condo as soon as we walked in. Beds were extremely comfortable and the condo was very clean. We loved the wrap around balcony and rocking chairs. Will most definitely rent again next year!

Perfect!!

This place is absolutely amazing!. From the easy check in to the fabulous panoramic view.. to the well-stocked kitchen and closet full of beach accessories.. did I mention the panoramic view.. stackable washer dryer and unit is a great feature.. did I mention the panoramic view.. the only possible downside if I wanted to be nitpicky is the bathrooms are a little small and the bedrooms aren't huge.. lol, but you are not going to want to spend much time in there if you're in the unit, you want to be out on the L-shaped patio with a fabulous panoramic view!.. homeowner really thought of everything.. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach blanket, umbrellas and even a Bocce set for the bit of lawn that is behind the building!.. thank you and hopefully I will be seeing you again next year!

Wraparound balcony was awesome!

Everything about the property was great, but my favorite part was the wraparound balcony. More views, and on during rain, protection so we could still enjoy being outside. Wonderful place!

Great location

Really liked the location right on the water. Spent hours on the balcony watching the waves, beach, people, and sunrise. Building is older with small bedrooms and bathrooms, but otherwise was well satisfied. Great for a "beach" experience.

Amazing Views

The views were amazing.I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.I had to clean before we could unpack.We didn't get in the room until the office was closed and it was Saturday and they were closed on Sunday. So I called Monday to let VRbo know about the nasty mess ,they were very nice and apologized,I had to clean on My vacation.Anyway a maid showed up Tuesday to clean the mess that I had already cleaned up...lol. Anyway the room was just right for 4 people,Beds were comfortable and thats a plus in my book.VIEW WAS GREAT. ".The washer and dryer was nice.The first bedroom shower head needed to be changed I forgot to tell them about that.rusted where the water wouldn't flow,so we all 4 used 1 shower.Be sure to take extra toilet paper apparently there is still a shortage,because the only give you 1 roll and you are responsible for the rest and trashbags and please don't forget your cleaning supplies..lol.So if you love an Amazing view and don't mind alittle hair in the drain and dirty mirrors and sand on the floors,dirty dishes in the cupboard and rusty faucets. THIS IS YOUR PLACE.By the way if you came after me..Your welcome,its a lot cleaner when I left then when I came.

Great location

Nice beachfront with wrap around deck which was great. Pictures make rental seem bigger but we should have been more observant of square foot size. Upon arrival place could have been cleaner. Floors needed to be cleaned and all of the dishes and silverware in cubbord smelled liked bad sea shells so we washed everything. Cleaning is not really what you want to be do upon arrival on vacation

Fantastic Condo

Great location, love the balcony space and views. So helpful to have all we needed for the beach so we didn’t have to bring it with us. I would recommend this Condo to all my friends and family.

Amazing corner balcony on the beach!

This property was at a great location in North Myrtle Beach. It had a covered parking garage and the unit came with 2 spots. Walking into the corner unit all you saw was the ocean straight ahead out the balcony doors. The unit was really nice, spacious and very clean. It had amazing views from the wrap around corner balcony. You are only steps from the beach. It was just beautiful. Easy check in and check out process. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook with and washer/dryer was a plus! A great unit at a great location!!

Wonderful View!

This condo has a great view!! Also, large TV and Netflix if you love movies. Elevator to parking deck is nice. Check-in process went smoothly. Nice condo!

Every think you want in a beach stay

Leila was outstanding and address all our questions and concerns promptly! What a wonderful employee! Now Ann (in charge of maintenance was just the opposite). We communicate a safety issue to her and still after 3-days it was not address! When checking out I also explained the same issue to the front desk person and he noted our concern. I hope the unit does not experience a fire because of Ann ignoring our concern! Lovely unit and I would recommend it to all.

The condo was nice. The view was perfect. We had a wonderful time. Just hated to leave. The staff at the office was friendly and helpful. Vinyl or leather couch/chairs would be nice.

Great views and light in this corner unit!!

Overall, we had a great experience. The property could use a deep clean, but was tidy and functional. The kitchen has been given a nice facelift and is small, but had pretty much everything we needed. On days we needed to stay out of the sun, the views from the balcony and 2nd to none! Easy beach access, convenient garage parking, on site recycling, a restaraunt right next door with awesome outdoor seating and views. We would definitely come back!

It met our needs I guess

This place met our basic needs, a place to sleep, balcony (tiny) looking over the ocean and a little kitchenette. With that being said, it was a very dingy place, one of the showers we couldn’t even use because it looked like the light was going to fall out of the ceiling. The balcony door lock was broken, which i looked past because we were on the 5th floor, but for as much as we paid, that shouldn’t have been an issue. We were expected to leave the place exactly how we found it (understandable) and then some. That’s right, we were expected to make sure all the towels were in one place to make it easier for house keeping, all the dishes had to be run through the dish washer which “they provided soap for”. They provided 2 washes worth of soap and I was expected to use my money to get soap to do the rest, which was not on my mind on our VACATION. We also had to make sure all our trash was taken out before we left or we would be charged for it. The guests next to us checked out a few days early and left open garbage bags with food (lots of bugs were attracted to that) in front of the stairs door that sat there in the heat for days, so that was unpleasant. With all this being said, I will for sure look else where if we ever go back to Myrtle Beach. Definitely not the “home away from home” feel we expected.
