***Effective 3/26/2025 – All balconies are closed until further notice due to safety concerns. No one is permitted on the balcony at any time or for any reason. Once plans are finalized, balcony work will be started. Additional work that will be going on for the next 12+ months will include but not be limited to roof replacement, guardrail replacement, sliding glass door replacement, storage door replacement, stair well repairs, and parking structure repairs. Due to building work, the pool will be closed at times for safety reasons. Work will be ongoing and noisy at times. As of 12/1/2025 work is just getting scheduled/started but there is no set schedule yet so we do not know what is being done or when. However, we have been told that some sort of work will be going on for at least a year (most, if not all, of 2026). We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. Rate adjustments have already been made so if you choose to rent, no additional compensation will be offered.***

This recently renovated 3 Bedroom/2 Bath unit is set up to accommodate a family 8 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen & Twin bunkbeds in bedroom 2, and 1 Queen in bedroom 3.

With 1400 square feet, this 4th floor corner unit will accommodate a large family in comfort! Enjoy the oceanfront balcony off of both the living room and the master bedroom. With the fully equipped kitchen you can have evening meals in after a long fun day on the beach and also for your convenience the unit provides you with 4 Roku Smart TV's, Free Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer!

The condo itself was nice, very well decorated. But we were not allowed to use balcony the week we were there. Elevator was out 2 and half days we were there so we had to walk stairs, room is on 4th floor. The overall building needs some work. Pool is also behind building close to rd and very small, it was very packed so we never got in it. Beach was beautiful !

Spacious Condo

Very spacious condo. Towels after being washed many times still had a lot of lint on them and dryer was full of lint, time after time. The lint was on the floor and was constantly carried to other parts of the condo which would necessitate frequent vacuuming. Balcony door when we arrived could not be opened, but they came out from the rental company and fixed it, but it was still very difficult to open and close. A lot of paint peeling on the door. Very nice chairs on the balcony. It would be nice if a hair dryer was added to the unit since most units have them We had to call to let someone know that the pool was very dirty and the child's pool, disgusting.

nice place

nice place. roomy. close to ocean. living room storm door needs to be repaired and maybe add a screen to be able to open to feel the breeze and hear the ocean. also maybe include dish cloths with linens and dishwasher tabs. even just one or two in a welcome kit. would stay again

The view is AMAZING! Great location! Awesome balcony! The condo shows some age, but nothing that will effect your stay or experience. Windy Hill is a much less crowded portion of the Myrtle beach area.

Peaceful week passed so soon

We loved the stay despite certain concerns and would like to come and stay again. The good - 1. Property management was quite responsive and prompt 2. The view, area, neighborhood was superb! 3. Spacious rooms 4. All TVs work and good Wi-Fi 5. Quite spacious balcony with comfy chairs What we didn’t like 1. The checkin process is really outdated; one has to understand that we live in an era of mobile phones and nobody has the time and patience to read 10 pages of text! The checkin instructions desperately need to be succinct and clear. 2. The master bathroom requires some serious maintenance! Toilet sink leaks and is not in shape; the shower needs to be repaired. 3. There were no ladles to serve food and the mixer did not work. 4. One of the sliding doors did not lock properly. 5. The furniture, beds, sofas will give you a backache 6. You have to get everything starting from cooking oils, trash bags, dish-soap, laundry detergent, etc. Nothing is provided.

All you need!

It was clean & spacious with the perfect set up. Oceanfront condo with a great view & easy access to the beach. The other reviews mention the building behind dated so I think it’s important to mention it’s not dated in a manner that negatively impacts anything. Everything is in working condition. I would return.

Overall great accommodations at Ocean Towers! Our visit at this location was as expected. Unit and bldg was a little dated but seemed to be well maintained. It was myself and our neighbors with their two little girls. We absolutely would recommend this unit for couples or families with children.

North Myrtle oceanfront condo

The location of the property was wonderful. Close to many things and beautiful oceanfront view. The unit was clean, but was a little dingy and outdated. The mattress in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a board. Also, most other condos that we have stayed in have had a closet with beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. For the huge amount we payed to stay there, I guess I just expected a little more. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Good location

Right on the beach. Perfect for sunrise and sunset walks by the ocean. Lots of room for our family of 12. I could hear the waves from the master bedroom and it was soothing to sleep to. We did have a problem with a door handle. Management came and repaired toot-sweet. The only down side was the painful check-in process. Condo was not ready in time.

The property is pretty much as described on the site. This location in North Myrtle beach was amazing! Easy parking, quiet neighborhood, clean pool and only a 4 minute drive to Barefoot Landing, which is where we spent most of our nights. Condo is a little dated but the view definitely makes up for that. The washer and dryer worked well and was definitely a bonus for the time we were there. We loved this area of North Myrtle and we would definitely return.

Amazing Location

Great space. Large. Fantastic views. Quiet neighborhood. We were here to work - the internet was fast! Couldn’t get any closer to the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!
