This beautifully RENOVATED Key West beach house is located in the exclusive and quiet neighborhood of Tilghman Beach and just across the street from the beach. 6 bedroom, 4 bath house is located directly across the street from the beach. This house has its own private pool, hot tub & outdoor enclosed shower. This property received all new siding, decking, fencing, flooring, paint, furniture, completely remodeled kitchen, appliance and TV's in the winter of 2017-2018\. In the winter of 2018-2019, all 4 bathrooms were completely remodeled. The house sleeps a total of 18 people with a total of 2 kings, 4 queens, 2 twins & 2 sleeper sofas. Those who want to swim can head outside to the private outdoor swimming pool or relax in the private outdoor Jacuzzi. Even the sports fans will be satisfied with the outdoor basketball hoop & volleyball net and fenced yard for playing corn-hole! Second the pool was bigger than I expected and a pleasant surprise. We had 8 adults and 7 kids everyone enjoyed the pool. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and right across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and we were able to make a few dinners for everyone. The grill outside is small and took time to cook but we made it work, it is a charcoal grill. It showed it's age a bit, but was clean and the description was very accurate. The kitchen supplies (dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc.) were more than enough for our group of 15\. You do could use some storage containers for leftovers and maybe a few mixing bowls of various sizes. The fenced in yard was great with the kids. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. The second refrigerator in the downstairs was great for extra beverages. The thing we would most have liked to see was a bathroom on the first floor for when you are in the pool. Right off the bat, the cabinet where the trash is in the kitchen hangs open all the time. You can tell the slide out for the trash has been broken a long time. Why it hasn’t been fixed is just laziness. I would be embarrassed to rent this residence for $1100 a night without fixing the things that need repaired. The stove is filthy. The fridge is all dented and scratched. The downstairs stinks. The downstairs king bedroom leaked on the bed. We called the after hours maintenance and he moved the bed so it didn’t drip on the bed. The return air vents were so dirty. The WiFi went down on Friday after the storm and never came back up. Under the beds were disgusting too. The cabinets in the kitchen were all bubbled where it looked like they had some kind of fire or heat damage. Again, another thing that could easily be repaired with a new cabinet door. The throw pillows on the couches and chairs need thrown away. The chairs upstairs were filthy. Again, carpet or furniture cleaner and a good scrubbing would fix it. The back door knob kept falling off. I feel completely ripped off. Doubt I will ever use VRBO again. ##### Robin C. There were 13 adults and there was plenty of space for folks to lounge and sleep. The house was clean, the beds all had fresh linens, and there were clean towels in the bathrooms. The volleyball court, basketball hoop, shuffle board, and pool kept everyone entertained. A beach entrance was across the street and it was a short 10-15 minute walk to bars/restaurants/grocery store. About a 5 minute drive to the main strip with grocery stores, mini golf, and restaurants. Although no one in our group played, it's also within minutes of a golf course. We easily parked 4 cars on the property. We had to reach out to property management for 2 small issues and they had someone come out the same day (including Sunday) to fix the problems. Communication was great and super responsive. Our only suggestion would be to have a few more items in the kitchen (platters, bowls) to serve dinner to a larger group. We came with a large party of 8 adults and 7 kids. We felt that there were plenty of space and places to sleep. We didn’t find the beds extremely comfortable, however we made due. The home was beautiful and well maintained. There were plenty of outdoor activities and the hotub was an added bonus! We did have ALOT of issues with the remotes for the tvs. We found that some remotes worked for other TVs instead of for the tvs they were found near. It seemed like a lot of batteries were dead or low. While frustrating, we made it work. The only other issues was having to bring your own supplies like trash bags, dish washing liquid and toilet paper though we found out about this after booking, and we felt like it was just too much with everything we already paid for. We enjoyed ourselves and we were able to find activities around close by to where we were staying. The beach was literally about a three minute walk away. It was beautiful It actually seemed a little more of a private beach so not crowded at all. Overall the house was great. The only thing I would say is it constantly smelled around the kitchen area like mildew? Not sure but it was a distinctive smell and as far as my bathroom where our soaps went, it could’ve been cleaned little bit better. There was residue of soap being put there, but overall it was a great trip and we really enjoyed ourselves. It was able to occupy all eight of us comfortably. P.s. if you are planning on staying at home to drink with friends, or you know just lounge around definitely remember they stop selling liquor at seven at all stores and on Sundays. No liquor store are open. ##### Chynita M. There was a little confusion parking all the cars in the driveway. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The house was neat and clean. There was, however, a leak under the sink in the kitchen. We did not report it as we discovered it late during our stay. Also, guests who stayed on the 1st floor complained that it was hot. I would recommend putting in a bar in the tubs with showers or at least a rubber mat as the tub was quiet slippery exiting it and I felt like I was falling. Lastly, I am used to going directly to the house when arriving and opening the door with a code. We had to go instead to the rental office to secure a code and sign the contract. ##### Frances T. The place is tidy and clean, and within walking distance to the beach. The pool was large which all the kids and adults enjoyed. Would highly recommend. ##### Michael V.
