Watch the sunrise and make those lasting memories. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage on the balcony overlooking the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. This condo is direct ocean front. The complex has a heated community pool with lounge chairs, BBQ area and picnic tables for you to use. Conveniently located to many attractions that the Grand Strand has to offer for restaurants, shopping, entertainment and much more. This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA! The Space: This second floor, corner unit has a full kitchen, dining room, breakfast bar and living room. Kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. As well as basic kitchen utensils. Ocean front bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has two queen bunk beds. Main bath has walk in shower, second bath has tub/shower combination. Washer/Dryer inside the unit. This unit is not pet friendly per the HOA! Guest Access: Door code The Neighborhood: Located on 24th Ave South in Crescent Beach section of NMB. Unfortunately, I noticed a strong mildew/mold odor right away. I also discovered that the AC unit wasn’t working. I went straight to the main office and spoke with Sherri, who assured me the issues would be addressed promptly.Someone did come by and sprayed Clorox on some of the affected areas, but not all. I was told an AC technician would be out soon; however, they didn’t arrive until Saturday evening around 4:30–5:00 PM. At that point, the technician informed us the AC unit was severely damaged and beyond repair—still leaving us without functioning air conditioning during the entirety of our stay.The next morning, a tropical storm rolled in. Water began blowing in through the broken AC unit, soaking the curtains and floor. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating experience.While the listing appeared appealing online, the actual stay was far from what we expected. The most disappointing part was that, after reporting the issues, I asked if we could be moved to another unit or offered any alternative. I was told nothing else was available—yet I saw additional listings on VRBO that appeared open.I’ve attached photos and videos for reference.
