The unit itself was ok but very small and several of the wall sockets were pulled out which made the place look dilapidated. The smell of marijuanna was constant. People were not paying attention to and there were not enough handicap Parking spaces. Pools were nice and the beach was close. Furniture was in good condition and the kitchen was well equipped. We especially enjoyed the ease with which we could come and go, and we appreciated the security of the facility. We loved the easy access to the beach, however, we wish that the beach had not been as crowded. There seemed to be a number of large facilities which caused some of the over-crowding, but then, it was also summertime in July. We are planning in the next 5 years to return to N. Myrtle Beach, and will likely consider staying once again at Waterpointe. Incidentally...we encountered another family from the KC area staying in the same building.
