Room was very clean, nice, and spacious for our large group. Beach access right beside the condo which was great. Has an indoor pool but was closed for maintenance during our off season stay. Close to many things to do in North Myrtle Beach. Owner provided very detailed instructions for check-in/-out process that made it smooth. Only inconvenience was that the location for keycard pickup to access the condo was at a remote site 20 minutes away, which was only disclosed right at check-in time. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with the sound of ocean waves. The condo with its 3 decent-size bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect for our family of 4\. Beach access directly from the resort; beach was not too crowded -- could always find a nice spot. Umbrella and chair daily rental available at the beach but a little pricey so remember to bring your own. Decent breakfast on 6th floor for about $6\. Only thing I would change, TV in the third bedroom, with the built in DVD player. And the second TV in living room will turn on automatically with a screen saver. Lots of rules to remember. I took a picture of a spot on a sheet to ensure I wasn’t held responsible. Will never stay during bike week again. Enjoyed the property though and the place was really clean and nice. ##### P K. The night we arrived was quite hot and the air conitioner wasn't working. We notified the office and they had it fixed the next day, it was late when we called; however, within an hour of our call, a fellow showed up at the door with 4 brand new floor fans. The condo is beautiful, but could use a couple of updates. The AC quit on our warmest day there. Someone was quickly sent to fix, but wasnt able to get in. I guess a key is supposed to be left outside for anyone that needs to get in. Smoke detectors were also an issue for us. Otherwise the place was just what we wanted to be. Spacious and clean. Only recommendations i would make are bath towels that were a little bigger than hotel pool towels, and sheets that actually fit the bed. However what was expected of us was not necessarily provided by our host! We normally stay with “super host” that provide more hospitality than we received. There was a list of things for us not to do! Towels were white…but we were told not to leave any stains on them or the sheets. The sheets did not fit very well…either wrong size or elastic was worn out! The kitchen was not fully stocked for cooking or dining in! Most hosts accommodate more supplies. We try to always take care of places we stay….but only 1 coaster in the entire condo. We were overall disappointed with what was expected of us with what was provided!! ##### mark m. The patio faces the ocean You can hear the nature sound of the ocean make you feel like peace with nature. The location is good most most of the attractions is about 15 minutes away so it’s in good driving distance.
