They could have a lock box at the location or a nest lock on the door with a code set up for each customer. Building is older and at 6,000 a week you would think they would put some money back into the building. The main house is ran down! Rusty shower heads, cealing falling down, oven door half broken because of screws missing. Ceiling fans had piles of dust built up on them. Most of the fans in the rooms hardly ran fast enough to feel air. Air vents and ceiling vents covered in dust. Floors turned my kids feet black within a couple minutes of walking around. I called and complained and they did send a cleaning crew to clean everything again. Pool was dirty when we got there and stayed dirty all week although neighbors pool was so clean. It was nice that we could bring our dog along but the stay is not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and look to stay in cherry grove area just a couple minutes away. When i called in to complain the lasy was very nice. However the lady that called me back had a bad attitude and tone to her voice. All and all i gave it two stars just because we could bring our dog. I wouldn't recommend this house to anyone unless the owners put some money back into the house and get it up to par. ##### Jeremy M. Sandy Toes was the perfect place to accommodate all of us, many of which travelled more that 10 hours to surprise her.
