Our only feedback is that the bedrooms currently have only blinds, which let in a lot of light. As a result, the rooms are VERY bright during the day, and even at night, the outdoor lighting keeps the room lit up. Adding curtains would make a big difference—especially for those who prefer a darker space for sleeping or for children who need to nap during the day. We stay in NMB every year around this time and typically stay in the same area (Crescent Beach). Our usual spot was not available, so we decided to look around. This condo has been updated and is very nicely decorated. I will say this was probably the cleanest we've ever rented, and stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware. Your choice of a drip coffee maker or Keurig. The nightlights in the hallway are an excellent touch. Lighting is good everywhere. Full size washer and dryer. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The condo was cleaner than most I have stayed in, and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, dishes, etc. I was disappointed that the fireplace did not put out heat, as that was one of the reasons I chose this condo. Also, listing says DVD player, so I took Christmas DVDs to watch, and there was no player. The furniture was nice, and comfortable for my sister and her husband, but not to me, but I have back and mobility issues. The realtor let me know ahead of time there would be a period that elevator would be having maintenance done, which allowed me to plan for that, and the bonus was it didn't take long at all.
