From the oceanfront balcony, you’ll enjoy sweeping shoreline views, rolling waves, and unforgettable sunrises that set this location apart from standard oceanfront condos. Located at 6302 North Ocean Boulevard in Cherry Grove, this direct oceanfront, first-floor condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and bunk beds—ideal for families or couples traveling together. The interior is updated and well cared for, offering a comfortable coastal feel throughout. Inside, you’ll find central heating and air, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, three cable TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and modern appliances. A washer and dryer are located in the unit, with additional onsite laundry available. Guests enjoy access to the oceanfront swimming pool (open May 1 through Labor Day), sundeck, beach shower, and grill area, all within a secure gated community. This is a non-smoking property with no pets or house parties allowed. Parking is limited to one vehicle on-site, with overflow parking available at the rental office by permit. Ocean View Villas B1 is ideal for guests who want big beach views, quiet Cherry Grove surroundings, and a clean, updated oceanfront stay at Cherry Grove Point. While we appreciated the excellent location and the updated interior of our unit, there were several issues that significantly impacted our experience.Upon arrival, we encountered a few cleanliness concerns in the unit—specifically, we found a hoodie under one bed and underwear under another in the same room, which made us question the thoroughness of the cleaning process.The check-in process was also inconvenient, requiring us to drive approximately 20 minutes in traffic to an off-site office, which was not clearly communicated beforehand.While the interior of the unit was pleasant, the exterior of the building was in poor condition. The area beneath the building was dug up, with large piles of dirt and yellow caution tape obstructing our patio area. Scaffolding was also set up along the side of the building, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.Additionally, we were very disappointed to find that the pool was closed, especially since this amenity was a key factor in our decision to book this location. There was no mention of the closure in the listing, nor were we informed by the office or management upon check-in. This was especially frustrating as my daughter has a medical condition that limits her time in the ocean, and we were relying on pool access during our stay.Finally, upon checkout, I attempted to discuss these issues with the manager. ##### Anjela H.
