The Space:
First floor corner unit literally steps to the beach and the most scenic spot in North Myrtle Beach! Amazing view from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and balcony, where you can watch dolphins play. Always clean 2bedroom (Main Bedroom has 1 Queen bed , Guest Bedroom has 2 twins), 2 bathroom with 3 TV's and 3 DVD players. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and small appliances. Large living room/dining/kitchen area and many designer extra touches. Unit has Wi-Fi, cable TV, central heat and air and private washer/dryer, plus a public facility laundry room. Ocean View Villa complex has gated access, outdoor pool with shower area.

Parking allowed for one vehicle only.

Guest Access:
Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office. The gate code is 2002#

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
