The bed mattresses really need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. The tub drain was stopped up, but a bottle of liquid plumber fixed that. The floor AC in the living room was barely adequate. It was vented through a hole in the front wall that was sealed with what appeared to be packing tape. Although the unit was advertised to have free wifi, the internet access was frequently unavailable. This is a real problem because the tvs in the unit require internet access to work properly. In addition, we felt that the front door lock was inadequate for protection. We pulled the couch in front of the door before sleeping each night. The best thing we can say about this unit is its location. It was convenient to all the venues and activities associated to the SOS Fall Migration on Main Street and Ocean Drive. I would not recommend this unit. It does not meet the standards that we have come to expect from a VRBO property. ##### Pamela C. I expected a cleaner place because there was a cleaning fee included in the price of the stay. Overall we took care of it and left it cleaner than we found it. Great neighbor! ##### Becky M.
