Located in the desirable Windy Hill neighborhood, this charming, pet-friendly cottage offers the best of both worlds: a short 5-minute stroll to the sand and a direct connection to a public park right in your backyard. With a fenced yard for the dogs, ample parking for the whole family, and Barefoot Landing just a 5-minute drive away, this is the ultimate home base for your beach vacation. The Space Designed for families and groups, our home comfortably sleeps 8 guests with plenty of room to spread out. Inside the Home: Main Floor Master: Features a King-size bed (perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs). Upstairs Sleeping: One Queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two Double beds. Living: Open and airy living space with a TV, perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach. Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen for preparing seafood feasts, plus a dining area for family meals. Bathrooms: 2 Full bathrooms. The "Outdoor Living" Bonus: One of the best features of this home is the location. We are backed directly up to a lovely public park. Think of it as an extension of your own backyard! Fenced Front Yard: Safe and secure for your trained pets to explore. Spacious Patio with grill: Ideal for morning coffee or evening cookouts. The Park (Right behind us!): Features a playground, basketball court, and grills. It’s perfect for letting the kids burn off energy while you relax. Guest Access & Parking We offer a rare luxury in North Myrtle Beach: Ample Private Parking. You have exclusive access to our private driveway located at the back of the house (accessed via Eyerly Street). Capacity: We can accommodate up to 4-5 vehicles comfortably. Important Note: To ensure you have a hassle-free stay, please park only in our driveway. Street parking is prohibited in this neighborhood and creates a towing risk. The Neighborhood Windy Hill is widely considered the "hidden gem" of North Myrtle Beach. It is quieter and more residential than the downtown strip, but you are never far from the action: The Beach: A flat, easy 4-block walk (approx. 5: minutes). Barefoot Landing (5 Min Drive): The hub for dining, shopping, the House of Blues, and the Alabama Theatre. Family Fun: Alligator Adventure and Tanger Outlets are just around the corner. Golfers: We are within a 10-minute drive of several world-class golf courses. Other Things to Note Pet Policy: We love dogs! Fully trained pets are welcome with a paid pet fee. Essentials Provided: We provide a "Starter Kit" of toilet paper, paper towels, and toiletries to get you through your first few days. We recommend bringing extras for more extended stays. There was a little trash around the entrance and the door was open wide upon our arrival. Nothing too bad. The front is even nice and fenced in for letting your dog out to potty. The thing that bothered us is we paid the additional fee up front to bring our small dogs. So it was a surprise to receive a letter the day before check-in stating there would be an additional charge if dog hair is found on any of the furniture. That was a very vague statement. How much is the additional fee? Dog's hair flies through the air and lands everywhere. So how much hair would cause an additional fee? They did explain that the additional fee is to prevent pets from getting on the furniture and that other guests may have allergies. My response to that is I already paid a pet fee because my dogs go everywhere with us and I typically allow them to sit on the furniture. I would have liked to know up front if it was going to cost more. I would've potentially chosen another house. As for allergies, it should be the next renter's responsibility to check if the house is pet friendly. I would not rent a house that is pet friendly if I had allergies. So, instead of being relaxed, we were worried our dogs would jump on the furniture the whole time and we also had to keep them in their kennels more than we would've liked. It's just my opinion, you shouldn't rent your home as pet friendly if it's truly not pet friendly. ##### Donnna H. Quiet neighborhood Overall, a nice well maintained home that was convenient to the beach and restaurants. Roomy and pet friendly. Initially thought yard would be fenced in for our dog. It is partially gated. The jacuzzi bath upstairs lacked adequate hot water to reach the jets. Overall a good stay which was central to NMB and MB. We came down for spring break with our teenagers and dogs. It was the perfect location only a 5 min walk to beach and only 5 min drive to Barefoot Landing. The house was super clean and beds were very comfy. There was so much room and linens and kitchen essentials and laundry detergent were provided. Quiet street close to everything. The owner was very responsive and reached out several times to ensure we had everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in north myrtle beach! ##### Marsha B.
