It was noted no elevator so that was a bit challenging due to being a bit older. 1 safety issue in the next to the top step where the board rocked back and i almost lost my footing. We were dissapointed that there were stains on the bedspread, couch and benches in front of couch. Detail cleaning is much needed due to vents and above dryer were extremely full of dust. The short walk to the beach was a definite plus. The complex was very quiet and provided a peaceful retreat. The sunrises from the balcony were breathtaking!
