Small narrow unit but nice for two people and fantastic sunrise, sunset, beach and views of the pools. TV channel issues initially but maintenance did cube to fix it that day. Comfortable beds, bathroom two sinks good, kitchen has what we needed.

We received so many emails about not taking the towels on the beach and making sure that we leave it clean and it was daily. Did not like having to give a picture of my credit card to anyone online. I never talked to anyone only got numerous emails. Also there was a fishy smell when we checked in and this unit is definitely not big enough for six people. I would never advertise that for six people. There is no room for storage for six people

Overall, it was a great stay! Location and resort was perfect! The only thing i didn't like, was the limit on towels and rags we had. We are a family of 5, and we only had 5 towels and 5 rags for a 3 night stay. When we asked for another set of clean towels and rags it was a extra fee. Other than that it was fine. Would stay again.

#### Great condo but management company is not the best.

The condo was wonderful! Great views and location! No complaints there. It is a privately owned unit but managed by a large rental company. This company is obviously operated with canned email and text responses where the left hand isn’t telling the right what it’s doing. Forced emailed personal info option OR very inconvenient in person meet up at their off-site office that closes at 6pm. A headache when your flight is delayed by 3 hours and arrives after hours. Unit had not been cleaned, cleaners called in from home (45 mins later). They did do a great job and left after 10 pm. A bad way to start a stay! After a very long day of travel, this is not what you want to deal with. But, the stay was great and unit was perfect!

Great views of the ocean in a wonderful resort, quiet and comfortable. The furniture was worn and dingy, but otherwise the condo was clean and well-equipped.

#### Perfect Location

Always love staying here at Beach Cove. It has great pools and hot tubs. Nice beach access. Close to several restaurants and other fun places. Definitely recommend staying here.

#### Beach cove condo

Wonderful, clean and easy check on and out. Beyond Verbo’s control- there was a very physical fight on the 16th floor balcony and very noisy one night, with loud yelling and beating on a door from the people next to our unit.

Very nice condo, when we arrived the cupboard under sink was broke so I sent picture to Bigfish rental so we would not get charged. Overall nice stay. All of the dining amenities were closed expect bar outside.

We had an enjoyable experience in this very nice floorplan. The views were amazing. Onsite dining was enjoyed and the easy access to the beach. They even had water activities nearby.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. The condo itself was clean and the cool. I stayed with my daughter and we enjoyed the view from the 16th floor. We found wonderful food within walking distance. Parking was easy and close to the condo. Thanks for an incredible stay!

Property was clean and nicely stocked, check in process was easy. Parking was close which made unloading and loading the cars easy. Beautiful views of the ocean and pool area if youre not to scared to look down. Had a great time. Would definitely book again.

The suite was quaint. Being on the top floor made for nice views. I didn't realize this was the case when booking however it didn't matter except for the fact that one of the elevators was down for the first few days of our stay. But the pool and the hot tubs were nice and the quick access to the beach was great. Much needed vacation. Thank you.

#### Pleasant stay but WATCH OUT FOR THE SURPRISE FALSE CHARGES AND ABSENT RETURN of DEPOSIT

Impression upon entry is good. Pleasant stay. I urge everyone to read the contract with a fine tooth comb. It is noted that charges will be made for stained sheets and towels...this is the first VRBO contract I have observed to make this point when considering a visit to a home or condo. I am the single occupant in this one bedroom condo with two beds.. I only use one bed and did not inspect nor strip the bed I did not use. I did not eat in the bedroom. I send photos of the condition the condo was left in ...and note recommendations for the owner to look into for maintenance issues. Also note that the reservation confirmation notes that "Refundable deposit paid at property" was totally omitted in my experience. No one inspected the condo at my departure nor mentioned my refundable deposit. Past departure, I am notified that I am charged for the stained bed cover and sheet. (How could that be?) I communicated with the owner and explained I could not have stained the sheet. Upon my departure there was no stain on the bed spreads. I was later notified that the stains came out and I would not be charged. I was notified that my penalty charge and the deposit had been "released." I am in the midst of a dispute with my credit card company to retrieve the penalty charge and deposit. Have you seen them? I certainly have not. This is the first VRBO contract that I have stayed in that gave you one hour upon arrival to insect and report issues and the first contract that identifies that you will be charged for any stain on sheets or towels. I sent photos showing the pristine state that I left the condo in and the maintenance need the owner should attend to. For all I know that photo with the stain could have been taken from a previous stay and stained by someone else. Sorry to say, my tendency to consider VRBO in the future will be tentative.

#### Overall enjoyed our stay and recommend

All good but one. One elevator was not operating. Our visit was off season and not so much an issue. I would not want to be there when crowds arrive. It was our first rental from VRBO and the long list of instructions was a little intimidating. When you get older things are different I guess. Liked the parking garage and always felt safe. location very good also. So we enjoyed our visit and would stay again.
