The previous tenant urinated throughout the unit. They tried to hide soiled items in the closets, but security explained what had occured. I'm sure they would have hid the soiled mattress and couch in the closet if it would have fit. Had it not been security's testimony, I believe they would have charged me for the items. They would not issue a refund, citing I had one hour to report issues. How do you report issues hidden from you? They used heavy chemical cleaners to hide the urnine smell. You will be trapped into a contract. Instead of enjoying your vacation, you will be worried about what you could be potentially charged for and you will not be abe to leave patio door open to enjoy the sound of the waves according to the contract. The instructions helpful and the unit was ready on time, as promised. It was clean and well stocked with normal wear and tear. There were a few negatives, most of which were out of the control of the rental. Beach Cove in under rennovation so there was a lot of construction going on and only 1 working elevator, which was inconvenient (stairs were not an option due to a recent back injury). The mattresses were suitable, but not typical of a hotel room (more firm, not padded). For a short stay, this was a great property and a wonderful location. I have to say that the communication with the property manager was exceptional. Very responsive--greatly appreciated. Would rent again (as long as construction was finished). Condo was clean and in very nice condition. The ocean front balcony on a lower floor allows one to better experience the ocean waves and sounds. I woke up each morning to the sun rising over the ocean. Well kept facility with pools / hot tubs. Easy booking process with fantastic communication throughout. Everyone was so friendly. There is no oven or dishwasher for those that care. But, the stovetop, toaster, refrigerator and microwave were more than enough for me. Condo was fully stocked with everything else I needed.
