The answer is simple we would rather offer YOU our valued customers lower rates to allow you and your loved ones more fun money :) Instead of adding random admin fees and laundry we "just" pass the savings right on to you! We are more than happy to rent them to you $25 a bed. Please let me know 30 days prior to check-in if you would like to do so. After booking a signed rental agreement and pic of ID are required to be emailed to us within 7 days of booking. Once received I will email all the important info and your unique keypad door code. This code will be emailed to you after you book along with all the helpful info. Property owners require the image of rental agreement & ID to be sent back within 7 days of booking. I will send it to you as a pdf right after booking :) We utilize an electronic keypad so you will go straight to your unit. Be sure to click thru the images to get an idea of where your unit is located. Check-in is 4 PM Check out is 11 AM. Please do not attempt to enter your rental until 4 PM or later . All of the properties are professionally sanitized and need time to dry. Groups consisting of primary bookers under the age of 21, will be required to email a parent signed responsibility form and pic of parents ID. Here is "just" a little more additional info based off of recent reviews we have received: The property and each unit is Professionally sprayed once a month by an exterminator, you will see palmettos because they come in on people, beach chairs, towels and anything/anyone who has come from outside. The answer to “why am I seeing these pests” is they reside in palm trees and find their way into the building by riding in on people and beach stuff. I call them our unofficial mascot of our beach town ;) Maintenance Dept. is available from 10AM-5PM and I will provide you their number with a list of Emergency after hour vs non Emergency scenarios. We do have our thermostats set and locked. However, if you are too cold or too hot you can text maintenance :) between 10AM-5PM to have them come look at it. We ask to keep all windows and doors closed to avoid freezing the a/c unit. I will keep adding useful bits of info as I get them to pass on to you our potential guest. We appreciated the responsiveness of the property ambassador. The check in process was simple and quick. The space was clean and offered enough space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The no frills space helped keep our cost down so we could enjoy more of what the area has to offer. The ONLY issue is, the air auto kicks in, once the inside temp reaches 70\. I am anemic and it was tough, being soo cold. It rained 2 days, so we had to go outside to keep from freezing lol. I would stay again, but it would be in the heart of summer, when the AC will be appreciated. There were a lot of stain spots that were missed by cleaners. We travel with cleaning supplies, so it was easily cleaned. We had the cleaner come bolting in on Monday, without knocking. Good thing I had the bolt on. Jul 30, 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location #### Bad owner who told me to leave at 11pm with 2 kids because i was dissatisfied When we first arrived the room smelled of musty and mold. There was black mold around the air ducts in the wall. The toilet was leaking from around the bottom and it was freezing in the room. I notified the owner and he sent someone to turn up the ac but they left our door unlocked with our stuff in the room. Then we left and came back and the maintenance man was in our room. With no notification that he was there. Took him 2 hrs to fix it and cussing while he worked in frt of my kids. Then another 2 hrs to let it dry. So we were without a restroom for hrs. We left and cane back later that night and the ac had been adjusted again now to 61 degrees. So when i notified the owner again his response was "ill arrange immediate check out for you due to me being dissatisfied" text message i still have. Now keep in mind its 11 pm at night and i have 2 kids and my husband with me and we are 3 hrs from home. So i said what really... he responwith what time are you checking out?? I said tomorrow morning at 10am. He responded Thank you.. okay then nothing else. So about hr later still nothing i asked him if he could please adjust the ac.. somehow magically it was turned to 72 degrees with no one coming into our room... so why did you have to come into my room the 1st time. Needless to say.. we will never return to this place.. save your money.. its not worth it. The owner should be removed from these sites of he is willing to put a family out due to his negligence.. ##### Sandra W.
