Located right on the beach it makes for an easy trip with young kids and also is right there if you need to run back. The highlight of the week for my 5 year old was the lazy river. Issues: The property management required a highly intrusive and completely unnecessary ID verification process. I would not have booked this VRBO had I known of the requirement and the extremely intrusive nature of it. Check in required a separate lease to be signed, which is unusual, but not a big issue as it looked like a standard lease. The door code was changed prior to checkout time leaving me locked out while trying to retrieve my remaining belonging. Fortunately, the maid was there promptly at 10am and allowed me to enter. The HVAC system was extremely loud and the whistling sound the airflow generated sounded like a jet taking off. It was so loud I was forced to pause a movie until the HVAC stopped. I brought this to management's attention so they are aware and may have addressed the issue. The links on their text messages never worked. ##### Kenneth H. Very nice decor and everything was exactly as pictured in the listing.
