The couch is not the one pictured but otherwise, same. Everything was clean when we arrived. The condo had everything we needed but no drip coffee so Bring your k cups. Great view and very little street noise on the porch, even during bike week. I’d stay here again. There was an extra fee that I was told was an owner fee.
