A breezeway through the complex takes you to the deck then beach which is less than 250ft from your door. Everything was clean, neat, and ready to go. There were several evenings where young adults would cruise the street playing loud music. Our favorite feature was the 1.25 mile walk to the north end of the beach which opened up into a massive beach. During low tide, you could cross onto Waities Island, a completely undeveloped barrier island. This part was fascinating to us.
