Had a few minor inconveniences like dead batteries in remotes, but we didn't go to the beach to watch TV. The room downstairs had a noisy A/C window unit, but I like sleeping with a little noise so I slept in there. The family loved the balcony, feeling the breeze and watching the water. The location is awesome, close drive to everything from restaurants to entertainment. Definitely compact for 9 guys in their late 20s-30s, but we enjoyed it! Be sure to read the fine print, as we didnt realize we needed to bring our own paper products like TP, soap for dishes and bathrooms. Had enough beds for all of us, and 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was convenient. Not the newest spot, but being right on the beach was perfect. ##### Andrew K. The fire pit needs to be replaced, as the tray inside it is rusting out and falling apart. The beds need new mattresses, they are not very comfortable and squeak. The bathrooms are very small and not the most conducive for tall people. The toilets and vanities are very short. The house in general could use some TLC. The kitchen is in desperate need of pots, pans and mixing bowls. The pots and pans are so old and honestly, seemed unsafe to use. The living room furniture is very worn and two of the chairs creek and pop. In the end, youre paying for beachfront and the fact that its pet friendly. But if you are looking for the bells and whistles, this is not the property for that. Definitely more of the budget friendly property. Internet, a/c, grill and laundry worked well. We had 8 people and felt crowded sharing tiny bathrooms and space in general. Downstairs is completely detached from house and can only be entered going outside and down. 1 family member attempted to stay there but was welcomed by several roach looking bugs on the floor and ceiling. Overall conditions of that room were very poor also with ceiling paint flaking off scuffs on walls plaster that had ben worked on but not finished etc. house just needs a lot of freshening up done inorder to look remotely like pics. Trash cans weee all found to have trash left from previous renters and were not moved to the road as instructed when you leave . Towels and wash clothes provided were very old and dingy…..all of this in mind the house is in a good location and has a lot of promise for small family stays of 8 or less but no more ##### robert b. We LOVED sitting on the front porch and relaxing. The house is a bit dated there were some loose boards on the front deck, the appliances are on the older side, outlets were loose and most didn't want to hold our phone chargers they would just fall out. But to be right at the ocean was worth all of it. We are giving a 5 star rating because we knew it was going to be of a dated house, and they responded immediately with anything that came up!
