Come and visit our condo, owned by long time vacationers of the Grand Strand area and we still visit multiple times per year. We know the area very well and we'd be glad to help you in any way we can. The complex features a 110 foot oceanfront pool, a 200' lazy river, a heated indoor pool, a kids pool, 2 large oceanfront jetted hot tubs and a nicely equipped exercise fitness room available to 16 and older. Crescent Shores has a nice wide sandy beach location with beach umbrellas and chairs available for rent right in front of the complex from May to mid-September through the City of NMB (Beach Services). Parasail and Banana boat rides by New Wave Watersports are next door on the ocean side of Molly Darcy's Oceanfront restaurant and bar. MD's has nice oceanfront deck with shaded tables and seating. Visit the New Wave website for coupons. We have also played all of the golf courses at the Golf Capital of the World and the family has tested most of the amusements. Crescent Shores has convenient access from Highway 17 to Ocean Boulevard via 17th Avenue S. It's located across the street from a nice beachwear store and Cabana Mart convenience store; Molly Darcy's Oceanfront Bar & Grill is next door. We're nearby Barefoot Landing, Alabama Theater, House of the Blues, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall, Bass Pro Shops, Calabash, Little River, Restaurant Row, Cherry Grove Pier, OD Pavilion, Sun Cruz Casinos and a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, WonderWorks, Myrtle Waves Waterpark, NASCAR Speed Park, Myrtle Beach Pelican baseball, Carolina Opry, Palace Theater, Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Ripley's Aquarium, IMAX, Family Kingdom, Brookgreen Gardens, Battleship NC, Legends In Concert, Coastal Grand Mall, Market Commons, Murrells Inlet, Myrtle Beach Airport, Historic Wilmington, Myrtle Beach Speedway and other Grand Strand vacation destinations. Our condominium features one king bed, four queen beds and three full baths. The master bath has a very large easy access separate shower and whirlpool garden tub. All bedrooms feature plenty of closet and dresser space and each has a Roku flat screen TV, DVD player and Spectrum cable. The living room features a Samsung 58" Smart Ultra HDTV 2160K with 4K color drive with Spectrum HD box and WIFI connectivity, BluRay/DVD player and a stereo with cassette, MP3 and CD player. The bedrooms are carpeted and all other living space has beautiful large tile floors. The kitchen is very well appointed and has plenty of storage space inc. pantry and utensils. The condo has free WIFI service. This unit (1608 South Tower) is located near the three large, quick elevators (with generator power back-up) and it has a great view of the area from the wide (street side) entry hallway. An exterior closet is available for beach supplies. The master bedroom and the living room both have sliding doors to the 27 foot oceanfront balcony with 6 chairs and a table. Next door to the South Tower, are public restrooms and changing rooms and they are convenient to the ocean, Crescent Shores pool (about 50 feet away) and lazy river. We accept families and responsible adults only and allow NO PETS and NO SMOKING in our condominium or balcony. ALL OF CRESCENT SHORES IS NOW - NO SMOKING; IT'S ALWAYS BEEN NO PETS. NO MOTORCYCLES, ATVs or TRAILERS are allowed on the Crescent Shores premises. All adult group rentals to groups where everyone is 25 years and older. Prime season months are weekly rentals only; Saturday to Saturday. Rental linens are included. Rented linens must stay in the condo; bring or buy beach and pool towels. We can also help you with rentals of cribs, high chairs, wheelchairs, beach umbrellas and beach chairs, coolers, bikes and more, with some good companies that deliver and pick-up. We have a great caretaker company that looks after the condo and our guests if they need something; their office is 3-4 blocks away. They take care of our check-ins and check-outs, keys and parking passes and their office is open 7 days a week; they also gladly provide needed and wanted information and coupons for money off area attractions. We currently do a Lite $59/stay CSA Accidental Damage Insurance through VRBO/HA/Expeida. https://www.propertydamageprotection.com/ All rates are subject to SC, NMB and Horry County taxes; 12% combined; none on 91 night stay. The outside storage closet was very nice as we were able to store our chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The condo is well stocked with silverware, dishes, and basic items for cooking. Very nice washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of space for our family of 8 to spread out. Balcony was very spacious. Parking is provided across the road. We didn’t find the height posted prior to our trip. The clearance is 6 ft 4 inches. Elevators in the garage were down the first couple days of our trip but that is no reflection on the host. I would rent again but to be honest there were a few things I didn’t like. The lock to the condo door was very difficult to use, only 2 of us could open the door. You had to put the key in and then pull it out a fraction to make it work. Bedding could be updated and because I have so many allergies I wish it didn’t have carpet in bedrooms. There were five of us and we had plenty of space, we loved having 3 elevators. If you can ever stay during the 4 th of July at this condo the view of all the fireworks was spectacular. ##### Nancy B. The beach, the pools and the large balcony made for a great week of family time. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to cook all meals at the property, and enjoy more time at the beach! The owner communicated well for check-in, check-out, and made sure we knew he was available for any issues or questions.As the owner suggested, we rented the beach chairs and umbrellas through the city.
