This welcoming, large 1200 Sq ft. newly renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo in the quaint Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach is just 1 block from the beach and features 2 private balconies with spectacular views. This newly renovated, large 3rd floor 2BR, 2BA walk-up condo features a warm décor including a new, nicely appointed living room and a 70”Smart HDTV, new washer and dryer, queen sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress, and new wall mounted smart TV in both bedrooms. The master has a queen been bed, private bathroom and direct access to a deck. The second bedroom has 2 twins and also has direct bathroom access. The back deck overlooks the marsh and has an ocean view. The front deck has a Cherry Grove and also has an ocean view. The new renovation includes a new stove, ceiling fans, TV’s, living room furniture and water fixtures. It is just 1 block to the beach and a great quiet place for your vacation or quick get-away! Garage is under the building and has a 6’8” clearance. No golf carts, motorcycles permitted on grounds per HOA. The beach access is conveniently located at the end of the street. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals.
