This one was extremely disappointing. The communication was rather frank and rude. It said no pets and no smoking yet the owner has dogs and the entire unit smelled like it. We have allergies in the family. And when it was addressed it basically didn’t matter we were told the owner was allowed and it was our responsibility to ask that?! Seriously. Most units will advise if they(the owner) have any animals. Or we could vacate the premises like it was a possibility to find a unit in a days notice during busy season. So that was just a way to cover their butts in our opinion. The floors were filthy. Our feet would get dirty on the bottom. The tv in two of the rooms didn’t work. One was figured out but the other we just didn’t bother with. The one good thing was that the kitchen was fully stocked with food equipment. The set up was nice but it really needs cleaned. Dishes were left behind in the dishwasher as well. We still enjoyed our family time together in MB even if some had to sleep on balcony due to dog. The communication was like pulling teeth. We had to ask the same thing over and over until we would get a response to the actual question so that jt appeared we were the pushy ones. A simple answer the first time and an apology about the dog instead of blaming us would e been appreciated and expected for what we paid. It was a shame to say the least but you make the best out of an impossible me situation and always make lemonade ##### Paula T.
