Myrtle Palms Vacation Rentals is excited to host this spacious 1350 sq ft. unit is beautifully decorated, completely furnished with all the amenities of your own home. This resort villa is on the first floor level allowing for easy access. Its secluded screened lanai has privacy and a beautiful view of the famous Greg Norman golf course. For your comfort each room is equipped with a ceiling fan, Wifi and internet and a full size washer and dryer within the unit for extra convenience. Beat the heat with a refreshing dip in the Ironwood community pool, located just a short walk from the condo as is a tennis court, pickleball court, basketball and volleyball court! An extra bonus is the use of the largest saltwater pool in South Carolina which is located near the Barefoot Marina and is available to all Barefoot guests. If you enjoy the sand between your toes, a complimentary shuttle bus in the summer season will pick up and drop off at the beach or Barefoot Landing. Able to be centrally located with all tourist attractions and family. Was not clean!! Had not been vacuumed since last guests, we had to do that. Kitchen may have had counters wiped, but cabinets were dirty on the outside (food spilled down the front of several). Dirty tissues, straw wrappers, food particles all over floor of dining/living room and both bedrooms. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again IF it was properly cleaned! ##### Debbie S.
