Plus, you can easily venture out to check out shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and so much more within minutes of the complex!



    When you find a bit of downtime, sweet serenity awaits inside. The open layout creates an airy and bright ambiance complete with a spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen. Watch favorite shows or a ballgame on the flatscreen TV as smells of a homecooked meal waft in from the efficient kitchen. The chef of the group will have no problem whipping up tasty recipes with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and modern cookware provided.



    Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.



    Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Wonderful Ocean Front

Wonderful condo offers all of the comforts of home with the added bonus of Direct Oceanfront Balcony. The Condo was clean, comfortable, and supplied with everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again!

Very clear and friendly staff.

The staff is wonderful. Very clean and bed is comfortable. Only issue was with getting to room key pad was very hard to use. Had Maintenance, come and let us in more than once.

Enjoyed our stay.

We had a nice stay. The room was nice, located directly over the Sand Trap restaurant. Convenient to everything. Would prefer the patio music not start first thing in the morning. We are not country fans and it came on at 9am when we would like to be listening to the waves with our coffee. No complaints about the room. It was clean and had just what we needed. Thank you!

Couldn’t give a perfect score

We always enjoy staying at Baywatch. I always try to give a perfect score on my survey but the reason I didn’t this time, even though when we entered the room it looked clean but had a musky smell. Then as we got closer to the bathroom it smelled like urine. The sink and bathtub was clean. The floors looked clean but after walking on them barefoot for a few minutes my feet were nasty. I do want to say that everything else was fine. The king bed was really comfortable. We still enjoyed our stay. The amenities at Baywatch is great.

Location was great! Room was perfect size and had everything we needed, except wash cloths. Check in was easy and even though the room wasn’t quiet ready when we arrived, it wasn’t long after check in time. Loved all the water amenities and food choices.

Bike week and very tight parking

The property is nice and almost has everything you need. Didn’t know that the weekend we chose would be a Harley Davidson bike week. There was a lot of activity. The parking accommodations are less than ideal if you have anything bigger than a coupe. The parking deck was made when cars were a lot smaller and it was very tight on all counts. This property is the southern most place where N. Myrtle restrictions run out. In one direction (N. Myrtle) is family environment, but turn the other way it's unsafe and there are triple XXX adult entertainment and sketchy establishments every hundred feet or so. Would look further north to stay away from that.

Upon arrival our room had a weird odor. I’m not sure if it was cleaning supplies or what but it was not pleasant in the least bit. We had to go buy candles and Febrezze spray to help with the smell. We received a text asking how our stay was going and I responded about the smell, they did reply and said to let housekeeping know if they could do something however I’m not sure housekeeping could do anything. I felt like we should have been offered another room. The hot tub outside was broken. There were a lot of cosmetic issues (our room, & hotel) that would be an easy fix but don’t feel like the hotel cares to fix them. It wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at but I likely won’t be staying here again.
