In this recently remodeled Corner Unit you can step outside of either of the (2) bedrooms with that morning cup of coffee on to your ‘Own Private Balcony’ or sit at the bistro table in your private living room balcony! From this condo, you have an unobstructed view of the Atlantic, Windy Hill & Crescent Beaches from the living room, dining room, both bedrooms! White sand with the sparkling Beachfront Ocean Views with no other beach towers blocking your view from any window or balcony. This Deluxe Corner Unit has a bright second bedroom with its own private balcony with stellar Beachfront view's! Both bedrooms and living room have wide flat screen TVs with DVDs and movies, plus in-room paperbacks and magazines for your pleasure. For those meals in, you’ll enjoy a kitchen updated with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tile backsplash, including a crock pot, electric grill, Keurig K Express coffee maker, coffee pot, coffee grinder, toaster, mixer, blender, waffle iron, baking dishes and a full array of table service. I believe you’ll appreciate having a NEW Washer/Dryer right inside the unit too. Get to the beach quickly by one of the three new elevators, choose from a multitude (18) of indoor & outdoor pools, spas or lazy rivers. Watch the surf while stepping away on a treadmill or other equipment in our fitness center. Enjoy the on-site ‘Bay Watch Café’ restaurant (especially the fast, complete, hot breakfast buffet), Also at Bay Watch you can stop by the ‘Sandtrap’ Sports Bar & Grill and have a appetizer & cold brew or wander over to ‘Fishtails’ Beach Bar for some refreshing drinks and seasonal entertainment. You and the kids could visit the ‘Snack Shop’ or have fun in the ‘Game Room’ all without leaving the Bay Watch Resort! Forget something?...just drop by the gift shop/convenience store for the little things and with vending & ice machines on several floors in our tower you don’t have to leave the Resort. Bay Watch is located within minutes of the famous ‘’Barefoot Landing’’ were you’ll find a delightful blend of shopping (Ron Jon Surf Shop), dining (Greg Norman Australian Grille or the Crooked Hammock Brewery) and entertainment with Carousel Rides & Outdoor Concerts. Just across the pond is the ‘House of Blues’ and down the street is the ‘Alabama Theatre’ and for you shoppers, there are Outlet Malls too. Drive along Restaurant Row for your favorite Cuisine like Captain George's Seafood Restaurant, play miniature golf at ‘Red Dragon Cove’ or if you are a golfer there are over 20 public golf courses within 10 miles but one of my favorites is ‘Tidewater Golf Club’. Let’s not forget about fishing & boating, we have the ‘Barefoot Marina’ just 5 minutes away where you can find charters or do what I like to do and surf fish right down in front of the condo. On any given day you will see people out there catching dinner lol. Unload quickly with the 7-floor parking area or utilize the friendly service of the Bellhops. Parking for oversized vehicles is available across the street from the front desk at the rate of $25 per day. (Note: we do NOT provide daily maid service, nor we stock kitchen condiments. Also BayWatch has a pest control program and needs access to all units, it is random when they service with no schedule. They knock otherwise they have a private code and leave a notice). Mark helps to navigate the check in and check out process, and the space is top notch. Double balconies for the bedrooms were an absolute treat, the bathrooms were spacious and the master shower was a godsend with a sandy infant, the appliances were high end and made dinners in an experience rather than a chore. Up to date washer and dryer with detergent included meant we left with cleaner clothes and towels than when we arrived.Mark had chairs, towels, and boards for the beach. If you’re wondering “can I save room in the car?” The answer is absolutely yes. There were just enough common amenities like soaps and trash bags that we didn’t need to immediately hit the stores, so we could dodge the crowds. The property being on a ‘resort’ was at first a worry for us with the potential crowds and the parking infrastructure. We were surprised by the facilities in a good way, ate dinner downstairs one night, enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, and didn’t feel crowded in. 18th floor meant a lot of elevators, but there are three and they are high speed and clean.Overall, the experience was great, the property clean and high end, and the host a pleasure to work with. This will be on our list whenever we look to stay in the area. If you’ve found the listing and it fits your schedule, you should book this. ##### Nathan T. There were 5 of us, 3 children. It was the perfect location, convenient to everything, and the unit was great! Well stocked, great onsite amenities and pools, amazing views with multiple balconies. We had the easiest process arriving and leaving, no problems, and very clear communication from Mark. It’s also great for parents because the kid-room is across the unit from the master bedroom, giving some space to make it more relaxing! Everything was new and well kept. EVERYTHING worked as it should. Nothing was broke. Everything was new or up to date. The owner was awesome to deal with. He even checked in on us during the week to see if we needed anything. Such an awesome experience. Not one bug in the place (if you've been down south you know) Bathrooms were mold free, unit was beyond clean. I even let my son sleep on the couch it was so clean typically for me that's a no no because most times the units are not kept how they should and they are given a 30 minute clean up between tenants but NOT THIS PLACE it was immaculate. It's beautiful and we love that it's an end unit with 2 balconies. Also, we love the master bedroom shower (spacious with a bench). The keyless door lock is nice. We really like that the condo complex keeps the beach lit up at night with big lights so that kids can play football games, or just hang out and we can actually see them, so it feels safer. The host, Mark, was very attentive to make sure everything went well for us. It seems like the complex has upgraded the elevators since our first stay here.. they are very fast, which helps prevent waiting! I would recommend this condo! ##### heather c. From the start, Mark was attentive and helpful. He was very quick to respond to my messages. When we arrived, and I walked into the condo, it was amazing and everything the pictures showed. My family said several times what a nice condo it was. I also loved the view and the amenities that the resort had to offer. There were even beach chairs, mats, a cooler, and pool noodles! Mark thought of everything. We stayed for a week and I didn’t want to leave, . I will definitely see if this place is available when we come back before I would look for any other place. The only thing that I can say that I the fan vents in the bathrooms just need to be dusted.
