Check out this 4th floor, beautifully decorated, direct oceanfront, 2-bedroom apartment located at A Place At The Beach in North Myrtle Beach. This apartment is fully furnished with 1 king bed bed and 1 full bed. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller and do not have the updates that this unit offers! Upon entering, guests will find the master bedroom just off to the right of the main entry door. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser and mirror, closet for storage, TV, and access to the master bathroom. The master bath features a vanity, mirrors, toilet, and tub/shower combo. When you enter the apartment and take a left, this is where the kitchen is located. The kitchen is located in the middle of the apartment and features full size appliances, stove, oven, microwave, stainless steel fridge, counter space, and abundant cabinet space for storage. Guests love being able to cook full meals and snacks in the fully-stocked kitchen. We provide all silverware, dishes, plates, cups, cookware and cooking utensils, and more. All of your basic kitchen necessities are provided! Entering into the living room, guests will immediately be able to see the Atlantic Ocean through the windows and glass balcony doors. The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment and features an oversized flat screen TV, love seat, accent chair, and beautiful, beachy decor. Guests will access the oceanfront balcony from the living room, and many guests have spotted dolphins and gorgeous sunsets! There is also a dining table and 4 chairs located in this space as well. Just off from the living room is where the second bedroom is located. In this bedroom, guests will have access to a full-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and dresser for storage. It's a small bedroom, but it's enough space to sleep and relax after a long day at the beach! Pack light! We provide our guests with 16 bath towels, 16 washcloths, soap shampoo, lotion, conditioner, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more! Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. A Place At The Beach is a mid-rise condo complex located in North Myrtle Beach. This resort is only 1 mile from Barefoot Landing, Hamburger Joes, Cracker Barrell, Aligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, and so many other attractions. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access. Please note, this property has a minimum age requirement of 25\. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age or older in order for the reservation to be confirmed within our system. We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location. Bathroom in the hallway is small. 24” shower stall and both bathrooms have low seating toilets. The complex is fifty years old. This unit has been enjoyed. Ceramic tile throughout. No ice maker in the freezer, no dishwasher. And living area furniture is extremely worn. Great view from the balcony. Ample parking across the street. Plenty of linen and toiletries. Two elevators never a problem getting around. A fleet of luggage carts, so loading and unloading were easy. Great area near Barefoot Landing, the Ocean Drive. ##### Gary W. The owner apparently doesn’t care just wants the money. The property manager sent another cleaner in and they said this is one of the worst places they have seen. I would run as far as you can get from this property. I have lots of pictures if you want to see them. Melted candy bars were found in the loveseat that has been there for years. We had them put sheets over the furniture just so we had a place to sit. The stove still had food from the last person and the list goes on. ##### Julie A. We wanted beach front; this place a beautiful view of the ocean! Upon arrival there were many bugs, both dead and alive, in the unit. I texted the phone number given (which turned out to be the property manager) that very first night and let them know. They apologized and asked if we were interested in someone coming by the next day to take care of the issue. I said yes, and then tried to sleep through the thoughts of bugs crawling on me while I slept. I have no idea if anyone actually came by the following day. No correspondence was left indicating someone had entered the unit. I once again texted the number and asked if someone had come by. I received no response. We do not believe anyone came by based on the new live bugs we encountered later that night. The text I received on arrival stated that checkout time was 10:59\. On the day of checkout we were packed and had cleaned the counters, dishes, etc. I left to get the car and my friend left to get a dolly for our things. We both come back and our code for the door was no longer working. It was only 10:30\. At this point I went to the front desk. I was told that they did not deal with personally owned units. I called the number I had been texting earlier in the weekend. I received no apology or explanation, just a new code to allow us back into the unit for our items. We wanted a worry-free girl's weekend and got bugs, ghosted, and locked-out. ##### Tambrie A. Couple of things though: needs to be deep cleaned; we saw more than a few small roaches. (German roaches, maybe?) Told the rental company and they did quickly offer to have it sprayed, but I don't know how I feel about having it sprayed for bugs while we're staying there? Also, we noticed the unit did not have a fire extinguisher that we could find ( wife's dad is a firefighter). Could be an issue for families that cook a lot like ours.
