Golf carts, commercial vehicles, and trailers are not allowed in the Coastal Dunes parking area.
**The parking area is difficult to access with small cars due to the steepness of the sloped entrance.
Parking is available for 2 vehicles and is located in front of or under the building. If you have a small car, please park under the building. Parking for large vehicles is not guaranteed due to a limited number of spots. We have an overflow lot available about 1 mile away.
Please NOTE: the parking area can be difficult to access for smaller cars as there is a steep slope. If you have a car that is low to the ground, please ask us about this before booking.
A code will be provided at the time of check-in for the smart lock.
We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to accommodate you either way!

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, and ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
**We do not provide a daily linen service.**
We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay: Complimentary Free High-Speed Internet/WiFi Coffee products and add-ins Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels) Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, hand soap) Dish/Laundry Detergents Towels/Linens Basic Cooking/Kitchenware
During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed.
Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. This is not a party house. Also required, $1000 deposit and $400 deposit per pet, if allowed. A background check will be completed as well.

Good location
This place was nice and clean. The only downfall is you're on the 3rd floor and you have to walk up a lot of stairs - but I guess you could say it was good exercise. It would have been nice is there was a screen on the back window facing the ocean so we could have had our window open at night. The view is great and its a short walk to the beach which was great. The location is good too. We lucked out and had a parking spot right in the front and did not have to park under the building. The pool is in the front of the building not in the back facing the ocean. Which was fine as we went to be on the beach. All the beds were very comfortable!

Great location
This property was very clean and in a wonderful location. The beds were comfortable as well. I only rated it 4/5 due to the building itself. The unit is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. That was a little inconvenient with lugging all of the kids beach stuff to and from every day. The parking situation is also terrible! There is a small parking lot out front and a very tight parking lot underneath the building. It was frustrating that smaller cars would park out front when they could have easily fit underneath… we had a truck and it was nearly impossible to fit it underneath the building. Overall, we had a great stay with family and friends. The bunk bed room was a huge hit with our kids.

Duneside Dream
Loved the condo but have a few areas that could use some improvement:
Parking was HORRIBLE, we had a suburban and a large truck which can not fit in the parking below the condo. The 8 spaces stayed occupied by vehicles that COULD fit in the parking underneath. This was VERY frustrating. Also, we were not aware we would be on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Bringing your belongings and young children that many steps for a weeks stay was no fun. The wifi in our condo did not work all week. I reached out to the host and he responded but we survived without it. Other than parking, steps, and wifi our stay was very enjoyable.
