Perfect Spot for an End of Summer Getaway

Such a cute & cozy spot just steps away from the beach! It was perfect for my daughters and me to have one last getaway before the school year started. You can tell that this little apartment has been recently renovated - everything is decorated in calming shades of blue, and all the appliances are so very nice! There are even smart tvs so you can sign in to your favorite streaming service (this was key to mid day naps for my youngest). We plan to make this spot an annual tradition! Donnie was awesome! Quick to respond to any query, and conscientious to be certain we were happy with our stay. I can give a resounding YES to anyone who asks! *Be aware that you will need to bring your own linens for the beds and bathroom. I didn’t see that in the property listing, but there’s a Walmart minutes away for anything you may need or have forgotten. It’s such an easy addition now that we know!

Feel like a local

This condo beats a hotel any day! Great and fast communication with host! We would absolutely stay at this location again. We always have stayed in south myrtle to be close to entertainment but always felt unsafe. We were hesitant to try North Myrtle but so glad we did and will never stay in the south again. Felt safe and comfortable everywhere we went. Location is amazing. Coffee on the shared deck space has a nice ocean view but felt like my own area because none of the other units beside were occupied. We were able to set up our umbrella for the day and see it from the unit. Having 2 bedrooms is so great for needing privacy at the end of a long day on the beach. Kitchen is top notch with appliances but could use some more kitchen supplies like a set of knifes would have been amazing. Bathroom is basic. Not much turn around space but having the 2 bedrooms this wasn't an issue for us. Having a parking spaces marked for each unit is nice after riding around you know you have a spot to come back to. We did need to figure out the AC unit as we aren't familiar with how it works but with the floor fan helped circulation. Overall this is one of our top 3 favorite stays and can't wait to return!

Honestly one of the best places Iv stayed in a while

If you guys are looking for something affordable but not super cheap at the same time look no further, this place is absolutely amazing you are literally a walk from the beach right across the road, laundry down the stairs if you need to wash clothes, one bedroom has a perfect view of the beach when you wake up, honestly has been a perfect experience super clean, highly recommend bringing your own towels and blankets and stuff, great little place to stay for the week has everything you need I would recommend this place to everyone owner is really responsive if you have any questions or concerns no complaints here definitely give this place a try !

Excellent stay. Great location. No cleanliness issues

We arrived June 25 and left July 2, 2022. There were absolutely no issues with this property. Excellent location, clean, no aforementioned bed bugs or mold in the unit. The previous reviewer must have had a bone to pick. Owner was readily available for any and all needs! Thanks for a great stay Donnie!

Stayed for Less Than 30 Minutes

Poor experience. My family didn't want to stay at the property due to cleanliness issues in and around the beds. The owner, Donnie offered some solutions, however we decided not to stay due to the conditions we encountered. We tried to come to an agreement about a possible partial refund but VRBO not helpful and the owner was not receptive, to say the least. This trip has definetly left a bad experience with VRBO and lack of trust in their business model on the customer side.

Beach Vacation

Clean little place for a nice vacation. Very conveniently close to beach and in a great location. Will recommend to anyone. There was only two cons and that was that there wasn't a TV in both bedrooms and there wasn't a deadbolt lock on the door other than that it was excellent.
