We were disappointed that was actually NOT a "direct oceanfront" unit, rather a side unit. Views were beautiful, as there was not a building next door to obstruct the view. However, I messaged Vacasa prior to booking and asked if this was a "direct oceanfront condo" and Odelet B. replied that is was "oceanfront". Obviously our definitions of "oceanfront" differ. The resort was nice. Many pools and hot tubs to choose from. Multiples oceanfront pools were nicely heated- as our stay was in March. area and lobby bathrooms were consistently being cleaned, as was the elevator area. Very well kept! Had some issues with elevators being down on multiple occasions, but the resort wasn't very crowded so the wait wasn't too bad. The condo interior doors and baseboards could use a good scrubbing to remove smudges and built up dust, but overall it was clean. Well stocked with kitchen-needs. We appreciated the complimentary dishwasher soap, laundry soap and dish soap, as I didn't think to pack (buy) any. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash was also supplied. Happy hour drinks and food from lobby restaurant (Sandtrap Sports Bar) were good and priced well. I'd definitely return to the resort and the same condo. ##### karri p. The majority of our stay only ONE elevator worked. When I went to check in the desk staff said they didn't hanlde the booking so didn't have my check-in info.
