So we decided to go with a less expensive condo. The pictures looked great, the location was great, before we left the communication with Vasca was great.....then.....Then we get there, check in was ok, the room was A LOT smaller than the pictures depicted. That wasn't a problem we were okay with it. The problem started when we first walked in and my shoes kept sticking to the floor. I didn't have time to thank about it so I grabbed a paper towel and cleaned it up. A little while later they send me a text asking if everything was ok. I told them about the spots on the floor. They asked if I wanted someone to come by and clean the floor. I said no because I thought the floor was clean. Later that evening when we went back to the room I took my shoes off and the floor was FILTHY!!!!!!! I mean FILTHY!!!! It made we wonder was anything in the room clean. I message the number they gave me. I simply asked if they could have someone come by and sweep the floor. To my surprise they asked if I could provide pictures. I said it is mainly sand and it won't show up in pictures. They said and I quote (because I still have the text messages), "If it is sand, please locate a vacuum cleaner and use it to clean the floor." I asked, "Where would I find a vacuum? Isn't that part of housekeeping? It should have been done before I arrived." Since I have no more space to type DO NOT USE VACASA. 2ND X 4 US...2ND MAJOR ISSUE WITH THEM!!!! ##### Kimberly C.
