"First time to Male and I should have done more research. I figured the location being close to the beach would be great but phase ii island is under lots of construction and doesn't have the services that phase I has so this is a great location if you want steps. The noise from construction and the road noise was constant. The room cooled well, but the bathroom stayed a little warm. "Our stay was amazing and it was difficult to leave. The overwater bungalow suite was really nice. My husband and I even did shark watching at night. Yes, there were baby sharks! All the staff were so nice! Look for Sattar if you need a professional photographer. The F & B team led by the female manager (apologies for not remembering her name) were all on point. Pasta guy behind the station took us back to Italy again with his carbonara! "
