"This is a perfectly adequate and reasonably priced hotel, located in an area that is convenient and safe. The Bayswater tube station is a few minute's walk away and the nearby dining options are ample. The room I stayed in was small, somewhat cramped, and unimaginatively furnished, but clean and perfectly serviceable. The desk was situated less than 12 inches away from the foot of the bed, making it impossible to pull the chair out far enough to actually sit in, so if you're planning to get a lot of writing or similar work done in one of these rooms, you should plan to do it on the bed. Overall, this place was a good value for the money and the staff were friendly. "

"Rooms are small- but absolutely serviceable. My window for the king room looked out to an alley- but I was in my room to sleep. Lobby is lovely, staff were all super helpful and friendly!"

"This hotel was really handy for Victoria coach and train stations, and places like Buckingham Palace were within easy walking distance. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower powerful and warm. The hotel has hard floors rather than carpets and I though this would mean noise from the corridor at night but in fact I slept very well so this wasn't an issue. "

"Nice hotel, easy access to tourist hop on hop off bus, right next to Tower of London. Rooms are very nice with either a view of Katherine's Harbor or the Thames. Concierge was very helpful with all requests. I would definayely stay therebagain."
