The pool wasn't useable during this visit. The pillows were super thin but the room was clean and the bathroom was super clean! Better than expected for $55/night. Oh, breakfast only cereal, toast, and pastries.
My overall experience was positive. Very friendly reception staff, clean room, very comfortable beds. The hotel is close to the interstate but it was very calm. There were a couple of downsides: we got a room on the first floor and it was very humid, there is no vent in the bathroom and windows are not opening. I stayed 4 nights and I didn't enjoy breakfast here as I normally do in other Best Western hotels: pastry wasn't fresh, two mornings there were only breakfast burritos out of the hot menu items (and those aren't that great). Besides that everything else was very good!
Across the Arkansas River from the state capital of Little Rock, North Little Rock provides ample opportunities for four-season scenic shots. These include the North Shore Riverwalk, with its not-to-be missed Trail of Tears Exhibit; the Old Mill, famous from its appearance in the movie, Gone with the Wind; and Burns Park, which ranks among the country's largest city parks.
