"Was to be offered an uograde but was not. Service was inconsistent regarding breakfast and during bar service(did receive a wrong bill but I resolved it. Had a balcony with partial ocean view. Room was smaller tha a non balcony without a view). Had a larger non balcony room that was less in price. Noisey in which it was a whiskey event in which could not sleep until 2:00am. Shoukd of put us in a non noisey event area since this evrnt was pre planned. Noticed a managment change since our first wonderful experience four years ago (2919 in June)."

"I loved everything about this place, it was super convenient, clean, gorgeous, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They provided a map with all the places we wanted to go and were so welcoming. The room was quiet and calming, just the perfect stay!"

"The hotel is located on the promenade and therefore you are conveniently positioned in the middle of everything! Our family had 3 rooms - one of them facing the bay with Nafplion's spectacular scenery. The breakfast options were not so great as compared to most hotels in Greece these days, but everything else was so good...it didn't matter. I would definitely stay there again! "
