Located in a tranquil setting, this 2200 sq ft home offers a perfect balance of comfort and adventure and accommodates up to 6 guests. With modern amenities, access to kayaks, and a prime location just a short walk to Historic Wickford Village, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay. Plus, you're ten minutes to Jamestown and a 20-minute drive to Newport, Narragansett, and Providence.  
  
  
Outdoor Space  
Step outside to enjoy the peaceful setting of Wickford Cove. The private deck provides a perfect spot for outdoor dining, relaxing, or birdwatching. You’ll also have access to complimentary kayaks, ideal for exploring the calm cove waters or boat-watching in Wickford Harbor/Narragansett Bay. The adjacent historic railroad path offers access to ten miles of beautiful trails for hiking or mountain biking through woodlands with views of heron, eagles, foxes, and more.

Hiking/Mountain Biking: The property adjoins a trail network with ten miles of paths. Other large mountain biking/walking reserves within easy 20-min drive.  
Road Biking: Dozens of rides ranging from five to 100 miles with low car traffic originate right from the property with scenic stops and vistas along the way.  
Fishing: The surrounding area is a haven for salt-water anglers and spearfishing.  
Surfing: Easy access to surf spots at Narragansett, Pt Judith and Newport.  
Birding and Wildlife: The local ocean/estuary geography with the adjacent trail network and nearby conservation preserves offer views of heron, osprey, eagles, seals, foxes, and more.

You’ll find local cafes, boutiques, and antique shops that are perfect for an afternoon stroll. The beach is also just a short walk away, and if you're in the mood to explore- Newport, Narragansett, and Providence are all within a 20-minute drive.
