« Loved the house! Super well appointed and beautifully decorated. The host was super quick to respond and very accommodating. The only thing that is a little confusing is that the property is listed as being in Burbank and it’s really in VanNuys. The street is very nice though. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Great place in North Hollywood. Close to food shopping and had everything we needed. Very spacious for our party of 4 and we enjoyed having the pool! Terrific communication with the host and we will definitely book here again the next time we visit our son! »

« Everything was perfect! The only complaint I heard from my travel companions was “not enough washcloths or towels were provided”. The home was super clean, decorated nicely, and the beds were comfy. The coffee drinkers were very pleased with coffee provided :) We didn’t use the kitchen or watch much tv since we were on the go to see and do as much as possible while visiting!! »

« RICH a été super accueillant, il nous a aidé à planifier tout notre séjour à LA, nous a donné de précieux conseils (lieux, restos...) . La maison est super bien équipée, tout ce qu’il faut et pas de courses à faire pour le fond de cuisine, les lits sont super conforts et la maison est impeccable. C’est très agréable de profiter du jardin après une grosse journée de balade,surtout avec les enfants. Merci Rich ! »

« Comfortable, spacious property. There were some significant issues with cleanliness on arrival (sofa required deep clean and sticky floor) but these were rectified by Zanoza the following day. We had a couple of other issues during the stay and Zanoza were generally pretty good at getting these sorted in good time. There is currently ongoing demolition/construction at the adjacent property and we felt the communication around this was misleading throughout which was one of the most disappointing...

« The check in and out was seamless. It is a beautiful apartment in the perfect location for our week. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. Loved the free parking! »
