"We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends."

Seemed like he had thought of so many extra touches to make our stay special. The location is great, close to Burbank airport and accessible to LAX, and many other activities are nearby. We found the neighborhood quiet and we loved the outdoor area."

"The owners were wonderful with communication. The house was very clean and well kept up . The front of the house was beautiful with garden for privacy . They got back to us super promptly with any questions. Close to Burbank and Hollywood and only hour and half away from Disney ."

"This place is as advertised!!!! Cozy nohouse had everything needed for an inexpensive stay in Burbank close to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely book again without hesitation. "This was a perfect house for our family (me, my husband and 2 boys 16 and 17). We loved the hot tub and outdoor lounge area and the house is spacious, clean and lovely. Universal and Warner Brothers are within 10 minutes’ drive, and there’s a Von’s and Starbucks a 5 minute walk away. The host was very responsive and lovely, and we only needed to communicate about check in and out. Just a great central location for anything around LA and a great experience overall."

"Great time with family! Went to nearby Griffith park observatory, Chinatown, and Universal Studios. Not much of a problem with traffic. The home was clean and nicely decorated. We felt safe in this neighborhood. We are a family of six and were very comfortable. We would stay here again for a future trip to Magic mountain."
