Lots of property to have the kids play outside, volley ball, soccer and just running off energy. The water.....seemed to be okay for 7 yr. old, and good for adults and teenagers to kayak (after we rented two from Hero's Welcome). Bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Downside.....swimming for adults not good and no air conditioning and it was hot hot hot!!!! Nighttime was cool.....beds were very comfortable. The common spaces of kitchen, dining room, and living room are very nice with great views of the lake. A quiet spot fairly secluded from neighbors and no road noise. The kitchen is very well equipped and the first floor shower is awesome. We did several bike rides from here and had a very nice time. Our only drawback is the bedrooms upstairs which were quite dark, with small windows and dark walls. The beds were not as advertised as one bedroom had a queen and the other had a double bed. There was no room with twin beds. The bedroom in the basement is in unfinished space with no bathroom and not very desirable as a place to sleep. ##### Julie C.
