"We walked into an unlocked house. Huge red flag! After checking under beds, in closets, behind shower curtains and even the attic we noticed the awful smell in the house. We couldn't sleep in the master bedroom unless the window was open. The carpet should be remove and replaced with LVP or some other flooring that isn't carpet. The dining room table was covered in bugs, the high windows were filthy with cobwebs. After cleaning the dinging table we left to go grocery shopping. We came back to...
