I don’t want to say that it was a bad stay because it was not, however, we were told on Friday when we arrived that there was a hot water heater issue but there would be hot water and just to not run 2 things at the same time. We weren’t at the house for long each day, we had 2 busy days, so we didn’t even attempt to use hot water until the day of check out when we were showering prior to check out. When we went to shower, there was absolutely no hot water, not even a glimpse of warmth, so we ended up having to take cold showers. I’m sure it could’ve/would’ve been fixed had we tried to use it sooner, but I also feel like it should’ve been tried and made sure it was working before our arrival. There was also no toilet paper when we arrived so we arrived and had to go get toilet paper, definitely not convenient. Again, it probably could’ve been taken care of had I spoken up, but it’s just the thought of making sure everything was stocked and working before we arrived.
