We found this rental to be everything that was advertised and more. The home is a stand alone property and so you are not next to other residents. This home was spotlessly clean and comfortable with all of the comforts one could possibly need for a stay. The beds were comfortable and the TV in the living room worked very well. There is also a TV in one of the bedrooms that we did not use. Julie made sure that we were able to access the home with no problems and was in close contact should we have any problems. For those persons coming to Babcock Ranch to view housing, etc., this home is only about 7 miles away and is in a very quiet, pretty country setting. Outdoor patio furniture with a BBQ grill is right outside on the back deck and overlooks a beautiful yard and trees.
