"Spent our Spring break here and house was great. All amenities you need as if was your own home. Sunsets on dock were beautiful. Pool refreshing. Location work for us as we wantes to go to different beaches. Not far from many shopping centers or restaurants. Communication with Ed was great. Checked in with me to make sure we had everything we needed and gave suggestions of local restaurants and checked in on our last day to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again."

That being said, the listing advertised a hot tub which was never set up, and the water heater was not turned on. A few repairs were needed. Good thing my husband knows boats."

"This property was small in some areas, but had everything we required for our two week stay. The bedroom had a double bed and adequate drawer and closet space. The bathroom was tiny but the shower was good sized. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee bar was wonderful. Nice size lanai. There are two TV sets one in the lanai and one in the bedroom.
