It's not a huge house by any means but, despite having 11 people, we were very comfortable and did not feel overly crowded. If there was any downside, only two of the 4 bedrooms had attached bathrooms which meant one of the adult couples had to use the hallway bath and share with the kids. The bathroom was very conveniently located, so it was not a big deal.
