« What a fabulous weekend we have just spent in this stunning property. Everything was excellent; the large comfy beds, the kitchen with every utensil you could need and more, the hot tub and outdoor pool that was warm enough to use even in early May, the massive dinning table that seated all 15 of use without a problem. The house was so perfect we even cancelled a meal out one evening as we all preferred to stay in! Thank you so much to Anne for being a brilliant host, we would absolutely go...

« A perfect base for us to explore the local area. Beautifully clean and well maintained throughout. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely relaxing outdoor space (complete with sneaky views of the sea). We made the most of the body boards in the shed - very useful! Perfectly located for 5ish minute walk to Carbis Bay beach and a walk or train to St Ives. Steep hills but the pain is over very quickly! I would highly recommend Little Coombe. »

« The accomodation is excellent, spotlessly clean, really lovely. We had a nice hamper on arrival, the owner Helen met us when we got there and explained everything clearly. A short walk into Bude (20 mins) and a great location for exploring North Cornwall. A guide is provided which provides some excellent recommendations for eating out and places to go. Would recommend, if you are thinking of booking don't hesitate! »

We really appreciated the dog friendly , safe garden for our little border terrier to play in. We liked the close proximity to some of the dog friendly beaches that we explored on our stay. The attention to small details like having bed guards, high chairs etc available was brilliant, and the welcome basket of Cornish goodies was a lovely touch. « Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected. »

« Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

« Cannot wait to return, absolutely wonderful stay, we loved the lodge, the amenities, the hot tub and luxurious beds. Having a choice of pools was fabulous for us and the restaurant breakfast was superb. Just had the most relaxing and enjoyable time at Una- many thanks! »
