The house was perfect for the size of our group (4 adults and 4 kids). There was just enough snow for the kids from SC to get a taste of winter and it was great to be able to walk to the village in North Conway. It was close to Mt. We stayed just before Thanksgiving with two families. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the location cannot be beat. Even though we didn't spend too much time at the house, the time we did spend there felt comfortable and homelike. Our kids loved the loft space and foosball table! We loved this house! It was clean, spacious, and perfectly accommodated our group. Each couple had their own spacious bedroom, and the kids all bunked together in the kids loft, with their own TV, games, and a fuse ball table. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect- 4 minute drive to Cranmore Mountain. The power went out one day in the area, and the owner quickly reached out to us and was in constant communication with us all day. We arrived to an immaculately cleaned home that had everything we could have asked for. Elvis was extremely caring and diligent in addressing an issue with the upstairs shower, he had a plumber come out the next day and it was all fixed by time we got home from Santa's Village. Our kids loved roasting marshmallows in the fire pit and the backyard was so relaxing to sit on. All of the beds were extremely comfy and the temperature was comfortable at all levels of the house. It was a terrific set up with plenty of space for people to both spread out and be together. The mudroom gave us the space to dump skis and poles and not track snow, salt, and sand into the house. We especially appreciated the large table that allowed us to all sit together for meals and the large kitchen that made cooking for a big group smooth and seamless. The kitchen had all the tools and implements we needed. There were plenty of bathrooms and the master bathroom in particular had an amazing shower - we took turns in there after skiing!
