Grass and weeds overgrown sidewalk leading to sidewalk to unit. Door locked funny. Inside at first site it doesn't look bad till you really look. Scratches and dirt on baseboards. Bathtub had mold. Baseboards in bathroom have dirt and scratchs..Closet doors all scratched up. One of the bedrooms when you turn the lights off the TV goes off too. The location couldn’t have been better…within walking distance to the outlets and multiple restaurants. Overall what you see is what you get in the listing.
