The unit is very cozy, nicely decorated and well-stocked. We love waking up to the peaceful view of the birch and pine trees in the morning. The new pellet stove is really nice and super easy to use. The pictures don't do the condo justice. It has a cozy vibe, but it's a good size. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with anything we needed to prep the food we brought, and stocked with plenty of games to play on a rainy morning. There's no AC, but the place stayed cool and comfortable. The back deck is a nice bonus, and there's plenty of space for kids to run around outside. We stayed in early October to attend the Fryeburg Fair in Maine, so no skiing. I would highly recommend this condo - several reasons: quiet location, comfortable, cleanliness, easy to contact the very helpful owner… 5 for us for sure! ##### Diana H.
