When I called about it I was transfered to housekeeping supervisor who did not answer nor return my call. I have never had this happen to me before and have used this location many times. "Great hotel. Easy access from freeway, but also comfortable and quite in teh courtyard etc. The Lobby was particularly nice. Lots of spaces to have small groups of friends together to talk."
