Great room great location great comfort. I would recommend and return when I am in the area. Close to restaurants and shopping center. Even if you don't have a car.

Pick another hotel #candlewoodsuitespolaris--gross

We checked into our room on Friday afternoon and were given room 410. We entered a blind drawn room, with a slight odor coming out of room only to walk into a room that someone had recently slept in. There was a used towel in the bathroom along with a razor and toilet seat up and a pube on the bowl--gross. We were then given room 418. Fine enough but on the evening of the first night the air conditioner was broken for the rest of our stay until we left on Monday. Therefore, that is my rating is the lowest score possible. Thanks

Excellent location

We had a delightful 3 night stay at this accommodation. A newer build, the room was clean with all the expected amenities. Full size refrigerator and kitchenette, plus an area to sign out additional items like crockpots was located in the lobby. We selected DVDs from the front desk to watch on the nights we stayed in. Lovely service, excellent location. We would absolutely stay here again.

Was overall satisfied. Also its getting harder to find a good hotel with smoking rooms, happy to find this one.

Convenient and clean hotel

We stayed for a weekend while we were in Ohio visiting friends. The hotel was nice and great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and had a full kitchen.

Always Nice when Guests have to Sleep on the Floor

Pros: Late night Clerk at Front desk
Cons: Everything Never in my 48 years have i had such a bad experience at a hotel and to tell the truth have never complained about one
Location: Maybe only other plus was in good location to restaurants and stores
Well started off calling the corporate number and asking questions about the guest capacity of a suite and was told I could have 3 adults and it would be no problem to secure a roll out bed. So I booked the room through Expedia and upon arriving asked about the bed at check in. The clerk said he would have it sent up immediately and after a half hour with no additional bed I decided to go down and check on it. This is when I was informed that they were out of roll out beds and was told Sorry nothing he could do. After I let him know how upset I was and explained that the corporate number I called said it would not be a problem all he could offer was my money back. Of course after driving for hours and already having all of our luggage on the third floor and not knowing if we could even secure another room somewhere else I had to decline. We were on our way out to a dinner reservation so we asked if it would be a problem to get addition pillows and blankets and he told us definitely not a problem. So upon returning from dinner later in the evening we had a new clerk and asked for the pillows and blankets and were told that they were all out? Of course I and now even more enraged. She was very nice and told us that she would do her best to secure us pillows and blankets and would be right up and after 5 minutes she was at our door with pillows and Blankets. Since there was 3 of us and only 2 beds One of us was stuck sleeping on the FLOOR. Horrible is all I can say

We try our best to honor requests and they are handled on a first come first served basis. No one outside of the hotel would be able to provide any information as to the availability of a rollaway and would only be able to take the request for one. This should have been conveyed by the reservation line that you contacted, but it seems it was not handled in this way. I apologize that you were mislead. Thank you, Jody Mayer General Manager
